Refund Policy

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Start a return from your order confirmation email or contact support@latchmarket.io with your order number. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.

Custom or final-sale items are noted on the product page and are not returnable.
